Perdue School Faculty Present Paper at AOM Meeting

SALISBURY, MD---Richard C. Hoffman IV, Denise Rotundo, and Frank Shipper, professors of management and marketing in Salisbury University’s Franklin P. Purdue School of Business present their paper, “Does the 360 Feedback Process Create Actionable Knowledge Equally Across Cultures?” at the 2004 Academy of Management meeting in August in New Orleans. Their paper is being published in the Best Paper Proceedings in addition to receiving a nomination as the best paper on management development and international management. The Academy of Management, formed in 1936 and home to over 13,000 members representing 94 nations, is the oldest and largest scholarly management society in the world.
