COVID-19 Precautions Continue for Fall Semester

Writing Across the Curriculum

Since its founding in 1984, Salisbury University’s Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) program has been committed to assisting our students to improve their writing via assignments in every academic course. In following guidance from the national Writing Across the Curriculum initiative, we share the philosophy that writing should happen across the academic community and throughout a student’s educational experiences.

Here you will find information and ideas for many types of writing projects – from assignment design, to peer review ideas, and providing feedback. Also included are ideas for synchronous and asynchronous discussions, project engagement, repurposing existing tools, and using new technologies to engage writers at all levels during the Fall 2020 semester.
