Mr. Zebadiah Hall

Vice President of Inclusion, Access & Belonging

Zebadiah Hall was named Salisbury University’s inaugural Vice President of Inclusion, Access, and Belonging in July 2024.

He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with an M.B.A. in Applied Management in 2015. He also holds a B.S. in Business Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph, also in Indiana.

Prior to joining SU, Zebadiah served as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Wyoming. He also has held director positions in student disability, access, and accommodation at Cornell University, Valparaiso University, and Calumet College of St. Joseph.

Zebadiah has received multiple honors, including the Association on Higher Education and Disability’s (AHEAD’s) Duraese Hall Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Award and Calumet College of St. Joseph Outstanding Leadership Awards for the Black Student Union and the Student African American Brotherhood. He also was recognized by Calumet for time, effort, and dedication toward social development, and named an Indiana Postsecondary Champion as part of the ACT College and Career Readiness Champion program.

Beyond the University, Zebadiah has held board positions with equitable advocacy organizations including AHEAD, the Coalition on Disability and Access in Health Sciences, and Opportunity Enterprises.

A native of Chicago, he currently resides on the Eastern Shore with his wife, Leslie, and dachshund Gabriella Lynn.
