Housing for Transfer Students
Housing is not guaranteed for transfer students. Students may request housing on their application. Once students pay their admissions deposit, they are put on a waitlist. We strongly encourage transfer students to look for alternative arrangements for housing. There is ample student housing less than a mile from Salisbury's campus. University Park and other complexes offer apartment-style living for SU students. There are also privately owned houses for rent that are in close proximity to the University. For more information please visit Off-Campus Housing.
SU's Commuter Connections provides programming, advocacy and resources for students who are living off campus and attending SU. To make your transition easier, the Commuter Assistance Program helps incoming commuter students by connecting them with a current student who is there to answer any questions that they have. Commuter Connections also sponsors the Commuter Lunch Series, Good Morning Commuters and Commuter Appreciation Day.
