TimelyCare

TimelyCare is an external tele-mental health service provider that is FREE for all SU students! Watch the video below to learn more, including how to schedule your first visit.

Through TimelyCare you can access:

  • TalkNow: 24/7 on-demand mental health support to talk about anything!
  • Scheduled Counseling: Select the date, time, and counselor of your choosing for virtual sessions. All SU students can attend up to 12 scheduled individual sessions per academic year at no cost and without utilizing insurance.
  • Basic Needs: Receive assistance accessing basic needs like housing, food, insurance, and more.
  • Self-Care: On-demand Yoga, Meditation, and educational sessions about topics that can improve your mental health. Access Self-Care Journeys to work towards goals at your own pace.
  • Peer Community: Connect with other college students by posting anonymously on TimelyCare’s Peer Community.
  • Psychiatric Services: A referral from a provider at the Counseling Center, Student Health Services, or TimelyCare is required to access psychiatric services.

How to register for TimelyCare

  1. Download the TimelyCare app or visit the TimelyCare website.
  2. Register with your @gulls.salisbury.edu email address
  3. Choose TalkNow, Scheduled Counseling, Basic Needs, or one of the other self-care services
